Before you call ETS, write down your error # and Run Time Error message

6 “Overflow”
When running a report (usually with calculations). This means you probably have a formula in the report which may be trying to multiply or divide by zero. Find the formulas and add the statement to the beginning...If table.field > 0 then...

Repair the databases

13 “Type Mismatch”
Meaning: Ending number of zeros did not complete field in error code block.
Solution: expand cell column in Access/med_hist and add ending zeros.

57 Devise I/O Error-
On attempt to import remit file – Either the disk or the file on the disk was defective. A new file and or disk needs to be made. Any partial records imported to Medrec in Med_top in Etsmed need to be purged/deleted.

91 “Object Variable or with Block Variable NOT set”
In staff payroll – Updating Recon. Used mouse to move to next function, You MUST use ENTER.

524 “Problem with Line# for So & So”
When running payroll –
Meaning: You entered a second entry for So & So and for some reason there is no line 1 for that entry.
Solution: Go into Access/eework1and look for entry 2 for that person, that Pay # and change line numbers so that you have a line 1. Go to edit time cards and pull up second (or third, etc.) card and confirm that it is correct.

3000 There is no message for this error.
Meaning: Corrupted Access record or database.
Solution: Compact or repair table in database.

3021 “Incomplete data” or “No Current Record”
When entering a New Employee – (Incomplete data)
Meaning: You started to enter something in a field, then blanked.
Solution: Go back to the first field on the page with your mouse and “return” or “enter” through all fields and save the page.

“No current record”
You are missing something. A field was left blank in nam_ee or if you are updating slot/locations – “invalid slot/loc XXXX/XX” combination in eework 1.

“No current record”
When you were creating a new funding source – The Tab Key was used to exit from the “PROC_CODE” field. Return to Funding, Open and replace the “0” in the “ATT_UNIT” field to a “1”.

3022 There is no message for this error
Database probably corrupted, repair database.

3075 Syntax error in Query Expression
When updating to recon “void = N and pay_num = xx,xx,xx. You must enter each payroll number separately. It will accept two numbers, but only the first will be updated to recon.
