Consumer Payroll |
- Extensive Reporting: Query and report on any individual’s payroll information for any range of dates for use by counselors, SSI, funding sources, etc.
- Client/Job combinations: One job number is set up per job, then each consumer who works on that job is set up with their percentage of the prevailing rate.
- Pay Class Codes: Paid and unpaid hours can be minutely tracked as piecework, direct or indirect, and/or offsite work.
- Multiple Checks: Write more than one check for someone in the same payroll
- Track Production and Information: By department, counselor, fund code, location, etc.
- Store emergency information: Contact name and number, date of birth, and disability codes
- “Minimum” Check: Calculate a guaranteed minimum amount or pay for the pay period for some, or all, consumers.
- Offsite Employment: Allows you to include this information on all reports, but the pay is not included in their check if paid by the offsite company.
- Service Bureau: Consumer Payrolls can also be prepared for you by ETS through our Service Bureau. We return the completed payroll the same day we receive the timecards. There are many configurations ETS can supply including printing checks and reports OR only payroll and production reports.
